The mother of all Performance Games.
Ask for
Anything. You don't even need an Ask For.
Players
Any.
Format
There is no preordained structure. You just do a scene.
If you can handle Open Scene, you can handle anything.
| • | Establish a Platform early. A trick is to start the scene as if it were Three Line Scene and then just continue. |
| • | Take any and every opportunity you get for continuing the game. Just because there is no pre-ordained structure doesn't mean you can't make one emerge. |
| • | Resist the temptation to get comedy going by yukking it up (see Cuing). Play every character straight, and let the improv tips and techniques lead you into the unknown. When you're faced with something truly unknown and you deal with it as well as you can (not as stupidly as you can), then the magic happens. |
| • | Advance the Scene in every line. In Open Scene, it really shows if you don't. |
