You'll find that a lot of strategies stated here on this wiki are totally opposite to Dr Phil's, the famous TV show host.
It seems that Dr Phil does not have a big experience of life or if he has he missed on a lot of things; his teachings are based on the New Testament and he has certainly the best recipe for being unhappy and for encouraging others to be unhappy.
Among his teachings:

We do however acknowledge his business acumen and his shrewdness. He has found a golden opportunity with Oprah Winfrey and he has seized it. This is what the American dream is all about and we are happy for Dr Phil. In this regard, he is an example for all of us and we certainly are not jealous of him...
As for his teachings, well this is another story...
