If you meet someone who has a rule that if you ever say something they think is unreasonable they will stop being your friend, you probably don't want to be their friend. Someday you will be in the middle of a crisis, reach out to your friend, say something the wrong way or that you don't really mean, and this so-called friend will drop you.
